Listing Data: Property owners provide listing details including address, photos, pricing, and concession information.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized data on listing views, searches, and saved favorites to improve the platform and provide analytics to property owners.
Payment Information: Billing is handled entirely by Stripe. AptFind.io never stores your credit card number, bank account, or sensitive financial data on our servers.
Email Subscriptions: If you opt in to deal alerts, we store your email and city preference to send you relevant notifications.
We use your information to operate and improve AptFind.io, process subscription payments, send deal alert emails you have opted into, provide property owners with listing analytics, and respond to support inquiries. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

AptFind.io uses minimal browser storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) to remember your session and prevent duplicate view tracking. Google Maps may set third-party cookies for map functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage analytics may be retained indefinitely.

By accessing or using AptFind.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
AptFind.io is a marketplace connecting renters with apartment listings that feature concessions and special deals. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.
Property owners must create an account and maintain an active paid subscription to publish listings. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing information, including pricing, availability, concessions, and contact details. AptFind.io does not verify listing accuracy and is not liable for discrepancies between listed and actual terms.
Owner subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. AptFind.io reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
By submitting listing photos and content, you grant AptFind.io a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform. You represent that you own or have rights to all submitted content and that it does not violate any third-party rights. AptFind.io reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Renter accounts are free. Renters may save listings, write reviews, and subscribe to deal alerts. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. AptFind.io reserves the right to remove fraudulent or abusive reviews.
AptFind.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any listing. We are not a party to any rental transaction and are not responsible for any disputes between renters and property owners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AptFind.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent content, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your listings will be unpublished and your subscription cancelled.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
